What AZ928 is

AZ928 is a directory of businesses operating in Yavapai County, Arizona, organized by trade. Basic listings are compiled from Arizona public records and are provided free of charge.

Free listings

• A free listing displays a business name, a trade category, and a city.
• Free listings are free permanently. We will not begin charging for a listing that was free.
• We will remove any listing on request from the business, the same business day, without requiring a reason.
• Being listed does not mean the business endorses AZ928, and it does not mean AZ928 endorses the business.

Paid advertising

Businesses may purchase enhanced placement. Current tiers, features, and prices are shown on our advertising page and may change; changes do not affect the price of an active subscription during its current term.

Billing

• Paid tiers are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor.
• Directory listing tiers (Silver, Gold and Platinum) are month to month with no minimum term and no contract. Cancel at any time.
• Our managed services — Answering and The Reception Desk — carry a 90-day minimum term and a one-time setup fee, both disclosed before purchase. These involve set-up work on our side and the minimum term reflects that. After the minimum term they continue month to month until cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel a directory listing tier at any time by emailing paul@az928.com. There is no minimum term on a listing tier and no cancellation fee.
• Managed services may be cancelled at any time after their 90-day minimum term, by the same method.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Enhanced placement remains active until then.
• We do not pro-rate partial months. We do not charge again after a cancellation is received.
• If we fail to deliver what was purchased, contact us — we will make it right or refund the affected period.

How position is decided

No trade category is ever closed, and no placement is ever sold exclusively. Every advertising level is available to every business in every trade, at any time. We do not reserve a category for one business and we will never tell a business that its trade is taken.

Position on a category page is decided by advertising level: Platinum sits above Gold, Gold sits above Silver, and Silver sits above free Copper listings. Businesses at the same level rotate, so no single business permanently occupies the top of a level.

Platinum includes a video position in the AZ928 home page rotation. That rotation is shared among Platinum advertisers and AZ928's own content; it is not a sole or permanent position. Video production is separate work, quoted and invoiced separately, and is not included in the monthly subscription unless we have agreed that in writing.

Accuracy of listings

Listing information is drawn from public records that may be incomplete or out of date. We make no warranty that any listing is accurate, current, or complete. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it. Nothing on AZ928 should be relied on as verification of a business's license status, insurance, qualifications, or fitness for a job — verify those directly with the business and with the relevant Arizona licensing authority.

No endorsement, and no responsibility for third parties

AZ928 does not screen, vet, recommend, or guarantee the businesses listed. Any dealing you have with a listed business is between you and that business. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for its outcome.

For Sale By Owner advertising

AZ928 sells advertising to homeowners who are selling their own property. What is purchased is an advertisement. It is not a real estate service, it does not place a property on the MLS, and it does not create a brokerage or agency relationship of any kind.

Who you are contracting with

For Sale By Owner advertising is sold and invoiced by Trending Now Group LLC. AZ928 is operated by Paul Simari, who is separately a licensed Arizona real estate agent with Real Broker. That licence is disclosed for transparency and is not engaged by the purchase of advertising on this site. Nobody at AZ928 represents you in the sale of your home, and no commission is charged on a sale.

Your contact details, and who receives them

A seller's name, telephone number, email address and any other contact detail are not published on this site. At signup you choose which categories of people may be given them — buyers, real estate agents, and investors or builders — by ticking each one you consent to. We pass your details only to the categories you have ticked. If you tick none, we contact you only about your own advertisement.

You may change or withdraw any of those permissions at any time by contacting us, and we will act on it the same day. Withdrawal applies going forward; it cannot recall information already provided to someone under a permission that was in force at the time.

Ownership

You warrant that you own the property advertised, or that you are authorised by the owner to advertise it. We may remove an advertisement at any time if that warranty appears not to hold.

Production, payment and duration

A custom advertisement is production work — photography, video, copy and build — quoted per property and invoiced, not sold at a shelf price. Terms are one third on acceptance and the balance on approval of the proof. An advertisement runs until the property sells or you ask us to remove it; tell us when it sells and we will take it down.

What we do not do

We do not value your property, advise on price, negotiate, prepare or review contracts, or perform any act requiring a real estate licence. For any of that, engage a licensed agent or an attorney.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, harvest, or systematically copy the directory.
• Do not use the site or its contents to send unsolicited bulk email.
• Do not misrepresent a business you do not own or control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Trending Now Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona.
